I choose this MP3 player because it was on a list as being able to to accept downloaded books from my library. I have to say I absolutely love it. I download two books a week (the max my library allows) and if I really like the book I listen to it while I'm cooking or whatever. The library had a list of MP3 players that could use the software that they provided free. I do everything over the internet without even leaving home. It is just great when my husband is driving us somewhere longer distance and I can lose myself in a good book with my eyes closed! I plan to put some more music on it, just found the books the best. P.S. I did follow the instructions to upgrade the firmware and maybe the person who had a bad experience did not do this. ...
