Cons: customer service
Bought the TV. About a year ago and the picture went out (not so great to begin with anyway) called customer service to get the television fixed. After forty eight minutes on the phone with them they me a local number to call so I can get the TV repaired, called the local number and they told me that it’s going to be about a week and a half until he can get out there. After he got out to my house he was rude because I didn’t have the TV. Off the wall I told him that I am only one person and can’t do it myself. He finally agreed to help me, only after two weeks I got my television fixed ...
