Was looking for something fun and easy
Pros: can do it at home
Cons: not enough instruction
So I was looking for something fun and easy to do at home. I've done home exercise videos before, so thought this sounded good...after all, it said that anyone could do it. I was really disappointed with the approach to showing the moves. It went so fast that by the time you figured out what the first step was, they were on the third. Had they actually taken the time to demonstrate the moves, this would probably be great. Unfortunately, by the first 5 minutes I turned it off because I was so discouraged. Not sure if I'd even try it again. Unless you are big into cardio and have done it before, I'd look for something else. ...

Cons: have to work into it
These workouts were great. I was introduced to them in the Army in 1996. They are highly effective...I dropped 20 pounds and looked great after only a month. They are quick, only 8 minutes for each, so they are easy to fit into your schedule. The only down side is that if you are out of shape, you have to work into all 8 minutes...trust me...but after a few times you'll be able to work all the way through them! ...
