Awful Model

Pros: Picture and Features are nice

Cons: Expect major repairs

I've had this TV for 2 years. Year one was great, the picture was beautiful. But, boom, as soon as the manufacturer warranty expired my problems began. Purchased extended warranty - thank God!
Had major repair done in May and now in September the "inverter board" whatever that is blew. Samsung does not have part available and cannot tell me when it will be available. Warranty company must replace in a couple of weeks so when you price this unit out, add another $600 for the warranty (not transferrable to the new TV, btw) or you will be sorrrrrry! ...
