Cons: Sound card issues
In general, I like the TV. I do, however, have an issue with the sound. Another review from Becky remarks about the a whining noise. It is not related to an individual TV, it is related to, at the least, this model. We can not get ride of the noise and because we did a purchase on-line, it is difficult to have it looked at. The TV has to be sent back and who keeps the boxes? Samsung should be know the people who have purchased this model and send a letter telling us how to fix the problem or send someone to fix these issues. ...
