1st MP3 Player Purchase

Pros: small, light, easy to use

Cons: none so far

I researched the ipod, zune and every other mp3 player. i did my homework and read review after review and decided to go and see all the products at the store.
after seeing the bulkiness of the zune (this would be a gym mp3 player only) i focused on the more sleek (and cheaper) sandisk. i called a more tech savvy friend and asked her opinions (she owns a samsung). the sandisk was one of the only display models actually turned on and i found navigating it to be a breeze.
i asked my friend about uploading software and she was correct in telling me it just ran off of my windows media player so i didn't have to gunk up my computer with anymore software to simply upload music.
so far it has been the easiest piece of electronic equipment i've ever bought (i have a pda, camera and cell phone). it's pretty much a plug-and-go piece but that's what i was looking for.
i've seen good and bad reviews for this product-ranging from breaking easily and bad software. i have yet to encounter and of these issues. i believe the reviews depend a lot on who is writing them-whether they are tech savvy or not and other factors. i bought my sandisk at best buy so if something happens w/in 30 days, i can always take it back.
