Absolutely amazing monitor
Pros: hands down, better than any CRT I've ever looked at
Cons: Didn't come with a DVI cable
I looked high and low before buying an LCD monitor. I've been very apprehensive about even going to LCD because Ive seen some people playing games on one and theyve always looked absolutely horrible. I finally had the money to get something of quality so nothing was going to stop me from getting the monitor I wanted. After looking at a bunch of websites, and countless numbers of monitors all claiming certain specs, I decided to call a couple gaming buddies. One said he had this monitor and he said it was better than his Apple monitor that broke earlier this year. The Apple has a response of 16 ms, and the Gateway is 8 ms, and costs $200 less. The choice was easy. I took it home and I was absolutely blown away by the quality of the picture. It's crystal clear, and Quake 3 looks BETTER on this than on my CRT. ...
