Pros: Large memory for the price

Cons: Dell supports it like a disposable item

After getting a new 20GB Jukebox for a gift, I tried to get information from Dell about replacing the battery in the unit when it wears out. Three hours and six phone calls later here's what I found. Dell doesn't replace the battery in its jukeboxes. If the battery fails under warranty, Dell will send you a new jukebox to replace the old one you ship back at your own expense. You will lose all the music/data loaded in the origional unit. If the battery fails after the warranty expires, Dell will NOT replace the battery at any cost.
