eh, ok
Pros: solid lyris, good vocals, some good rock
Cons: 2 real rock songs, the rest are ballads
Petra starts off the CD with a bang, Midnight Oil is a great song. After the 3rd song the rest are ballads. overall it's just not up to par. The lyrics are solidly grounded in the faith. ...

This is how rock music is suppost to sound. This makes me think of the 80's where the singers and musicians acually had talent. The guitar work is great. The title track is great.
I was surprised that this was Petra, I have always knowen them to follow every garbage fad that has come along. This album bucks that tradition, with a slew of hard rock and relentless guitars, they show every other band that real rock still lives! ... -

This is not one of the better Whitecross albums. The CD is slower , and full of ballads. Still, it's one of the better CD's in todays Christian music. For their best look at Triumphant Return. ...

Whitecross at their Prime
Pros: Excellent vocals by Scott W. - Great guitar work by Rex Carroll

If you like shredding guitars, hard Rock, vocals that are remincant of Ratt, And older Christian rock. Then you will love Whitecross. All the Guitar work is by Rex Carroll, probley the best christian guitarist. And Scott Wenzel has a great voice. ...

This is a little diffrent from the usual Skillet, but it is better. Its a bit heavyer then the last CD,and they rock thoughtout the entire CD. If you have never bought a Skillet CD, then this is the one to start with. ...

Schlitt does a great job with the vocals. The album is not very hard, but it is one of Petra's best. Second Wind, Judas' Kiss, & Rose Colored Stained Glass Window are great songs. A definite CD you should get. ...
