Cons: where can I start
I got this Sony product as a christmas gift 2004. I worked great at first and very easy to use. After about 5 weeks of use (moderate), it started to give errors that it
"Cant read disk". I tried DVD's I have recorded and store bought DVD's to verify it was not "operator error". I followed the useless users manual and still could not get it to work. I took it back to Cir.City and they gladly exchanged it for another one (same model :( ). Same as above, worked great for the first 5 weeks and AGAIN, the same error "Cant read disk". Sony seriously has a product defect with with model. Taking it back to CC city today. An small business owner told me something I really take to heart and I wish Sony had the same philosophy "It can take years to earn a customer and minutes to lose them". ...
