ipod shuffle better than ever
Pros: Smaller, still easy to use, holds 240songs
Cons: Needs longer warranty from Apple.
The new ipod shuffle is so cool. It's small size makes it very, very easy to walk around with. You can clip it on your shirt and walk around with it. A lot of times I forgot that I had an mp3. The only complaint I have with Apple is that they have little support after the warranty is up. That generally last a year. And only the electronics store offer the support of the extended warranty. But overall I enjoy the new ipod shuffle. ...

Much better ipod
0 of 1 Yahoo! Users found this review helpfulPros: Longer lasting battery life, better looking, scratch resistant surface
Cons: Needs longer warranty, cheap standard headphones
The new ipod nano is much better than the last generation ipod nano. The battery last up to 24hours*. So far I haven't had to recharge mine and I've had it for a good week. So that's a good sign that Apple is improving. But the only thing that really made me mad is that the ipod doesn't have a longer warranty. If you buy it from a retail store like Target, you only get the Apple Warranty and that last only about a good year. The headphones are really cheap, and you can tell they're cheap quality because if you plug them into a PC or another CD player only one side of the headphone plays music. Not like the headphones they gave you in the last generation ones, they were much better than that. Overall great ipod, bad warranty and headphone set. ...

Not another cliched movie
Pros: Loved the movie
Cons: Nothing
This is a move where two culture differences collide. Of courses a woman who lives in New York City is having a hard time adjusting to the lifestyle of the country. But she's also struggling to admit that she doesn't really love the man who will ask to marry her. In fact he doesn't really love her either. The family knows that they don't love each other. Especially during a heated debate of being a homosexual. Which one of the three sons are. She recklessly damages his car and ends up sleeping with his brother (excluding the gay one). In the end they all find who they really love and it takes a family chirstmas gathering for them to realize that. Overall this is one of the best x-mas themed moves I've ever saw. So much drama in all the right places. No over cliched scenes. ...

Apple's fastest computer is super cool
4 of 5 Yahoo! Users found this review helpfulPros: Super fast, super quiet, downloads large files like no tomorrow
Cons: Sort of makes you wonder if the Mac mini will get a faster proccessor, longer warranty
This is the fastest Apple computer ever. It downloads files like super fast. At my school in the computer lab they have these and they are so cool. I think there isn't anything bad about them. They're super quiet, although I wish they were smaller, or somewhere similar to the size of the Mac mini. The only thing that really tickles me with Apple is that they only give you a one year warranty for a $2,000+ computer. You have to pay additional $250 for the two extra years. But other than that this is a great computer, you rarely see consumers buying this one. I think the main purpose for it is small buisness and newspaper staffs or a company that uses computers on a day to day basis. ...

Probably the coolest desktop
Pros: Super fast, ease of use, sleek design
Cons: Longer warranty, opting for a black one is more expensive
I've always liked the imac. But I just could never really get into desktop computers. Mainly the reason is that its not as portable as a laptop. But I'd reccomend anyone buying this over a Dell any day. One it's not as loud as a Dell. Two it's probably the sleekest looking desktop you'll find out today. And three you get that Apple quality. Though it is kind of questionable at times. But I never really had many problems when using it. I'd buy a mac mini and hook it up to the imac to make it go even faster. I heard that macs are really good computers for slideshow presntations, music downloads, creating movies etc. Sort of like a lifestyle computer that can keep up with you. Which is not bad because most computers are just built for one sole purpose. At least with Apple you get more than a computer, its like have a little sidekick ready to go when you are. ...

Zora Neale Hurston's Their Eyes Were Watching God

Their eyes were watching god
Pros: Very entertaining story, with many clever metaphors
Cons: You'd have to get used to the way the southern slang
Their eyes were watching god was one of the best novels I've ever read in a long time. The story of how Janie has been for years letting other people make decisions for her. Until she broke free and started making her own decisions. At the begining of each chapter it opened up with a clever metaphor. I liked how how Zora did that to add the excitement to each chapter. When Janie met Teacake and when he died at the end of the novel. It was odd how the novel opened up backwards. Janie is coming in town after burying Teacake. Then they go into how she was married three times then back to her old house where her best friend came over with rice. I'd totally reccomend you reading this book, if you want a nicely written novel that isn't full of cliches like most novels are. ...

Arcade fire rocks!
Pros: Unique sound, my fave song Rebellions (Lies)
Cons: nothing
Arcade fire is that band from Canada that doesn't get lost in the garage band crowd. They have songs that really stand out. My personal fav song is "Cold wind" played in "Static" from "Six Feet Under" epidsode 61. "Crown of love" is kind of bland but I like how it has an uptempo section towards the end of the song. "Neighborhood #2 Laika" is a really cool song because it drift into alternative category. But it's more of a rock song. Overall this album is worth buying. ...

T-mobile Razor way better than amp'd mobile
0 of 1 Yahoo! Users found this review helpfulPros: Like everything about it

Macbook better than ibook
Pros: Fast, easy to use, love the graphics, great computer
Cons: Battery life doesn't last long, Apple needs longer warranty
I've always been a huge fan of Apple products. Though they tend to be a little over priced, and offer somewhat less than what the others offer. I still stand by them. I recently had a chance to use a Macbook and was very impressed by how well they've made the replacement for the ibook. Although I wish the battery life would last way longer than six hours. But I heard you can plug it in and use it like a desktop computer so that sort of makes me feel a little better about it. The warranty which sucks last only about a year. With a the price of the it you'd expect a longer warranty. And to get the extended warranty it cost an extra $250!!! (gulp) to add it. Pushing it to the more than the 2.0Ghz version. Overall I'd buy this over an Dell any day. ...

Macbook Pro
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
I've used this laptop several times to know that its better than the Macbook. I've previously owned the iBook/ Powerbook. But the Macbook Pro in my opinion is far more superior than the both. I just wish that the battery life was longer. But you have to compensate for one thing to have the other. I love how user friendly Apple products are. How easy it is to find everything is. I'm a Mac fan for life. ...
