Wrinkles but gets the job done

I purchased the Bravos washer and dryer. The washer is huge as it doesn't really have a true agitator, and this allows it a great deal more space to wash clothes. The downside to this is that it wrinkles the clothes and this is extremely noticeable for things like jeans. I think it does a good job of cleaning, but like all new washers the government regulations limit the amount of water that you can use. Water is obviously a key component in cleaning clothes, so this problem is endemic to all new washers. Like most higher end washers you do not get to select a size for the load so you cannot increase the amount of water by selecting a larger load size to offset this problem. Despite the wrinkling I like the washer and it is fairly quiet.
The Bravos dryer I purchased has the steam option which is rather misleading as it doesn't really steam in the sense most people would think but rather infuses water into the load. It does help with the wrinkling so if you purchase a Bravos washer definitely get the steam dryer. I will commend Maytag (Whirpool now owns them) that they sent me my rebate check and my free detergent coupons within two weeks, which many companies hold on to the rebate checks for months so kudos to them for that. ...
