Shameful run around again & again
Pros: RCA's PAST reputation.
Cons: Totally unreliable product
This model is a disaster. We're on number 5 and it bombed out too. Jammed tapes, stalled dvds, poor quality recording, mystery clock changes,timer & remote problems. Requested to talk to a supervisor on many occasions and must wait for them to call me back. The last machine I returned, resulted in me receiving 8 units. Co run by fools. CS is out of the country too!!!! Can't get my $ back. ...
