Cons: lots of things
The printer always jams, and it would take in multiple pages at a time which would constantly jam. And now It wont take any pages, I have to forcefully push the pages in for it to print, and now all of a sudden it says theres a paper jam when theres nothing in it. I haven't had this printer for very long and now I have to trash it and buy a new one. And I can't even beging to tell you about trouble installing the software. The CD wouldn't work, the file I downloaded from the website didn't work. Be wary of this printer. It may be that my experience is one of only a few but I absolutely hated my experience I've had with this printer and I'm never going to buy an hp printer again. ...
