Naruto Ninja Council 3.....basically SND4...
Pros: a fighting game with alot of characters from the series
Cons: no vs com mode, specials for the sound 4 taken out, kyuubi naruto,cs2 sasuke, kimimaro and cs2k,and the sound 4 cs2s taken out, english dub voices only
Basically this is Naruto Saikyo Ninja Daikesshu 4, only translated, with things taken out, and English voices. Some missions have also changed, to follow where the dub series is. The Cursed Seal forms of the main sound 4, isn't on this version. Kimimaro and his Cursed Seal 2 form isn't on this, as well as One-Tailed Naruto and Cursed Seal 2 Sasuke. The techniques of the Sound 4 has also, been taken out. All of those that I mentioned were taken out to prevent spoilers. What is strange though, is that Kiba's Double Wolf attack is still there, when the English dub series has not seen that attack's appearance. But, it is good that viewers of the English dub got a decent Naruto DS game. But what should have been added on this, and on the original import, is a VS com skirmish. All in all, Ninja Council 3 was pretty good, although if you want to use Kimimaro and the other characters that aren't on this version, go for the import version of this, Naruto Saikyo Ninja Daikesshu 4. ...

A good remake of an old Pokemon classic
1 of 1 Yahoo! Users found this review helpfulPros: Just like the old Pokemon Red, with new features and Ruby/Sapphire like graphics
Cons: none at all!
Yes, Pokemon Fire Red. A remake, but a very good one. There are new features on this one, like new key items such as Teachy TV, a item for beginning trainers, new islands called the Sevii Islands, which include some Pokemon from Gold and Silver, and a mini quest to obtain a Ruby and a Sapphire and to place them in a Network Machine, in order to get your Pokemon from Ruby/
Sapphire/ ...Emerald/ Colosseum/ XD onto Fire Red, and vise versa. I recommend this to every Pokemon fan or for people just getting into Pokemon, it's a good experience, and a very good remake of a good classic that started it all. -

Sonic Advance 3! Very fun GBA side scroller!
Pros: The ability to use two characters at once
Cons: none!
The sequal to the first 2 Sonic Advances is here. What makes this different from the first two, is you can have two characters at once! They also can have different abilities when paired up (Tails with Knuckles glides a bit, for example). Also unlocking the other characters is very easy unlike on Sonic Advance 2, just go through almost the whole game with Sonic and Tails (Sonic as your main character you control). For fans of the 2D-like Sonic games, pick this up. This is a real good game to play on GBA, and also, on the DS, and also, with the Gamecube Gameboy player. ...

ok, but GNT4 beats this.....
1 of 1 Yahoo! Users found this review helpfulPros: more characters than the first Clash of Ninja/CoN
Cons: 3 and 4 are much better, still only 1 special for some characters, dub voices only, for people who dislike the dub
This is a pretty good fighting game, but, if you have the extra money for a Freeloader or a AR + GNT4, steer clear away from this one. Especially non-dub watchers, there isn't a way to make the voices Japanese, only the dub voices are here. Basically, this is Naruto: Gekitou Ninja Taisen 4, without the most awesome character roster and specials, only about 23 characters are on here and most of them have only one special, and for others that do have alternate specials, they are kind of difficult to pull off unlike on GNT4, which is alot easier... so yes, for people who played the further ones, this is a downgrade, but for the people who are following the dub release and are disappointed the first Clash of Ninja that has been released, and can't afford to pick up GNT4 with a Freeloader, pick this up, it at least is much better than the first one....... but GNT4 is more worth it. ...

This controller's awesome!
2 of 2 Yahoo! Users found this review helpfulPros: No more dealing with wires!
Cons: Rumble feature removed...
This is one awesome controller! Playing all of your favorite GC games has like a new feeling! You don't have to worry about somebody tripping over a wire, or sitting in a limited position, afraid to knock over the console. This is a good controller that is worth the $29.99. Only thing is for the battery life to be saved, the rumble feature isn't in this controller, but other than that, it's really nice to have! ...

Pokemon Emerald, enhanced version of R/S
1 of 1 Yahoo! Users found this review helpfulPros: New Battle Frontier area and features, Johto starters, all 3 legendary R/S Pokemon avaliable
Cons: none
Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire are updated, with Pokemon Emerald. Rayquaza is the main legendary of this version, but you can also catch both Groudon and Kyogre! After filling up your whole Pokedex, you can get a Johto starter from Gold/Silver! But those aren't the only new features. The new area, Battle Frontier, has different kinds of gyms, and leaders known as Frontier Brains, all the gyms are different. Like Battle Factory, where you don't use your own Pokemon, but 3 other randomly selected Pokemon to test your skill as a trainer (kind of like the old Pokemon episode, "The Ultimate Test"), which you can swap after beating a trainer in there. I recommend this to any Pokemon fan, or for anyone starting out, but if you already played R/S and FR/LG, try importing a copy of Pokemon D/P if you have a DS, yeah it's Japanese, but there are already walkthroughs on it online, and you CAN put you raised Pokemon off R/S/FR/LG/E on there, even if it's an English cartridge it will work. ...

Good, but may have a few problems
Pros: Codes for any Gamecube game, also can import games with the "Freeloader option"
Cons: May not work on all Gamecubes, discs can easily break unlike normal Gamecube games
AR is one good device if you have a compatible Gamecube to use it on. Also, these discs and the separate Freeloader discs can easly get scratched and can break so be careful. Anyways, you can put all kinds of cheat codes for any Gamecube game, even imported ones. And speaking of imports, with either the Freeloader option or the separate disc found on internet websites, you can play any import Gamecube game you want! I gotten the Freeloader for Gamecube, but I'll probably grab AR, especially for Pokemon Colosseum's "Snag all Pokemon" code. That particular code will change normal Pokemon that the trainers on the game have into Shadow Pokemon! I'll be able to have a Poochyena on here too, besides my regular XD one. Anyways, for people who have Gamecubes with the number DOL-001 on them, you are in luck! Freeloader and AR will work on this one, but on DOL-101 models, I don't know. They are known to NOT WORK, on those types. So before you buy this check your Gamecube number, but I recommend this for people who want to import and want more out of their games to get this. ...

Game Boy Advance Video: Pokémon -- For Ho-Oh the Bell Tolls & A Hot Water Bottle
Game Boy AdvancePrice: $19.99 to $49.94 Compare PricesNovember 7, 2006
Another Pokemon GBA video
Pros: 2 episodes from the Johto/Master Quest era
Cons: none
Another GBA video of Pokemon hits the GBA! This time with Ho-oh the Bells Toll and a Hot Water Battle! Hot Water Battle starts when Ash's 3 Johto Starters start fighting one another and then get lost and found, but by Meowth! And in When Ho-oh the Bells Toll, Team Rocket steals the Crystal Bells of Ho-oh and shatters them, which affects the wild Pokemon living in the forest, but Ash and Suicune end up saving the day. I recommend anyone who likes Pokemon to pick this up, along with the rest of the Pokemon GBA videos. They are pretty good for taking on the road when you got nothing to do! ...

Game Boy Advance Video: Pokémon -- I Choose You & Here Comes the Squirtle Squad
Game Boy AdvancePrice: $11.89 to $60.98 Compare PricesNovember 7, 2006
Pokemon GBA Video No.1
Pros: Two classic Pokemon episodes on a GBA cartridge
Cons: none at all!
Pokemon GBA video Vol.1 is a pretty good way to bring the Pokemon episodes where ever you go! The two episodes on this cartridge are Pokemon I choose you, the episode that started it all, and Here comes the Squirtle Squad, how Ash has gotten Squirtle as his Pokemon. The control is like a DVD player, you can fast forward and skip parts in the episode! The graphics are good, the sound is good too! Try watching it on a DS too! I recommend this and the other 2 Pokemon GBA videos to Pokemon fans. Pick this up and watch this on the go anywhere! ...
Great extension to the Pokemon series
Pros: over 493 Pokemon, day/night feature brought back, extended contests and more
Cons: none whatsoever
Pokemon Pearl version has extended the Pokemon series by storm. 493 Pokemon can be caught here, your Pokemon that you raised on the previous Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald/FireRed/LeafGreen versions don't have to be left out. For after beating the Elite 4 and clearing the Sinnoh Dex (which is an easy task to clear, just see all 150 or 151 Sinnoh Pokemon, Manaphy's optional, you don't need it to complete the Sinnoh Dex) to upgrade to the National Dex. You are also given a device called a Poketch, which is a watch with built in programs to help you on your Pokemon journey, such as a berry finder and a Friendship checker. The Contests have also been extended, with dressups and dances in the mix. And instead of Pokeblocks, there is a new treat to build up your Pokemon's contest stats, called either by Pokebread or Poffin. This is a pretty good extension to Pokemon. I enjoyed playing this version, and I think Pearl is better than all of the previous versions of Pokemon.
