Whirpool Duet Steam Washer

Pros: You can steam clean and sanitize

Cons: Broke down exactly one year after service

We were in love with this washer until the first day after one year of service. Then the Suds warning kept coming up, followed by the dreaded F35 warning, which means you need a service call.
The technician who serviced this item told us that they were still trying to work the bugs out, ie: they have been selling a state of the art product knowing that there were going to be problems.
Luckily we had bought an extended warranty on this washer and service call and parts were covered. I just hope this isn't a reoccurring problem - I think we paid over $1200 for just the washer.
