Incredible phone...no regrets
4 of 4 Yahoo! Users found this review helpfulPros: Everything you need in 1 place. I can't leave home without it.
Cons: Camera could be a bit clearer
So I had to wait about 4-5 months for this thing. It was driving me crazy. VZW was getting tired of me becuase I was either calling or driving down to the store almost every day. Well the wait is way over and I'm still very happy with the phone. Yes, I know it's not tiny but I'm over that now. It's definitely the biggest phone I've ever owned. Nevertheless, just knowing that I could look up meetings, birthdays, telephone numbers, browse the internet, work on a spreadsheet, get driving directions to a contact that I already have saved...and the list goes on and on. All these features definitely outweigh the size limitation.
If I did have to make a complaint it would be for the camera. It's OK, just OK. Don't expect photo album quality pictures. Sometimes depending on the lighting where you are it's just, well terrible. At first I did have a problem with the volume from my Treo's speakers, but that quickly got corrected once I installed VolumeCare. A small app that literally boosts the speakers on the PDA. Problem solved :)
Long story short, this is a highly recommended phone if you can live with the size. ...
Great product, great value
Pros: Many features, comes with all the cables you'll ever need, great price
Cons: The cable management guide isn't very user friendly
Well I just bought 3 of these surge protectors. My motivation was that I needed a surge protector that could accomodate more than the usual 6-8 plugs put also be solid in performance, reputation and functionality. I then ran upon the PF11VNT3 from APC and was very impressed with everything that the packed into it. It comes with 11 plugs 6 of which can accept transformer type plugs, HUGE plus. It also provides protection for phone and ethernet connections. Well the features don't stop there, it also comes with a telephone line splitter that allows you to plug two separate devices and share 1 line.
The only feature that it has that I really don't understand or see how to use effectively, is the cable management feature. I just got the device a couple hours ago so maybe I'll eventually figure it out, but for not I'm still a bit clueless.
Last but not least it comes with a 6ft network cable, coaxial cable, and 2 telephone lines. Now for ~$29.99 what more can you ask for. Great job APC!!! Recommended buy! ...
