Cons: gaudy signal light
Got mine over the internet one day after ordering. Provantage.com $54.82+$7.95 shipping. Very easy to set-up, pop in CD, hook-up USB connection and running in no time. The first 20 mins. of operation was a little frustrating because connection would cut in and out. I thought mine was defective. After adjusting dish and different angles finally got a steady connection. Before my laptop with built-in WiFi got none to one bar and spotty connection, now it's three bars/18-36 mbps and I've been on for over 7 hours and not one drop. Even live-stream video goes smoothly without a hitch. This product far out performs the $100 Netgear mimo card that I've tried (useless without modem). My only concern is the power and signal strength light which are quite large and always on. The concern is obviously how reliable and how long before bulbs need to be replaced. This product is made in Taiwan and has a two year warranty. I rated support as just okay because I did not need help with install so can not say good or bad. Overall I'm satisfied and look forward to many years of enjoyment. ...
