Cons: slower typing
If you have severe carpal tunnell this is something worth looking at. I'm experiencing a big flareup and finally decided I needed an ergonomic keyboard. This one took a little time to get used to but it's been worth it.

Trackball research
Pros: Works well - helps out with the carpal tunnel
Cons: took some getting used to it.
I think it will help a lot with my wrist problems since you don't move your hand or shoulder.
I wish this one had the buttons like the new cordless one. I realized after getting this one that you don't need a cordless trackball because you don't move them. You move the trackball. Now if it just had the additional features that the cordless one has I'd be set. ...
