Cons: Dead
Bought this item when it first came out and loved it. It completely died on men and I sent it on for warranty service. Motherboard, video card and hard drive were all replaced. I went without for about 4 weeks. The notebook came with a 200gb hard drive and they replaced it with a 100gb. I've emailed HP back and forth with some call escalation and someone would call me over a week ago. What is the big deal with replacing a hard drive? The warranty service went very smoothly but, dealing with Customer Service now sucks. ...
