my favorite book
Pros: great plot(s), original, mind altering
Cons: could be confusing for stupid people
i picked this one up at work a few years back and couldn't put it down. just flipping through it, you see backwards type, near empty pages, photos, collages, and...more than i can go into right now. the book isn't just a good read, it's an experience, and a disturbing one at that. i went into reading this with the notion that it was just about a house that was bigger inside than it was out, but it's SO much more. ...

Music videos for smart people.
Pros: takes the songs on the album 'Plans' to a whole new level
Cons: none that i can think of
not only is EVERY SONG on Death Cab for Cutie's album 'Plans' AMAZING...here is a video for every one of them, each by different directors. none of them are typical, and none of the videos feature the band (which means it's not your average MTV music videos). the directors were given the freedom to do interpret the music visually however they wanted, and with a low budget, they did an awesome job of it. ...
