Cons: The whole unit itself!
Paid 1200.-- bucks for this terrible dishwasher. Thought Bosch would be quality, but alas fooled again not only by the company but by the salesperson that recommended it. It doesn't get your dishes clean; every load I do I end up re-washing at least six items. Dishes are never dry after the dry cycle is complete. Evaporating water is no way to dry dishes! I was not told of this when I purchased it. Snap on racks constantly pop off when loading the machine and the layout on the inside is terrible! I can't fit nearly the dishess in it I could my Viking dishwasher. I think the saleman at H.H. Gregg just wanted to get this junk out of the store. Next time I will go back to my favorite, Viking! Never had one issue with this dishwasher and is worth every cent I paid for it! Boycott Bosch is all I can say! ...
