But include all of the perks in this notebook (backlit keyboard, airport extreme card, bluetooth, superdrive) and you have a notebook that can't be beaten.
Cons: battery gets warm with extended use and the life of the battery leaves a bit to be expected
Trust me, it is worth the premium price to be able to have piece of mind while working on your computer.(And it looks rad too!)
Note: I dont really know about support as I have never had to use it. ...
