Cons: quirky
The problem is, this frame will not take photos which have been in any way edited: they have to be raw jpegs from your camera. Since I usually edit photos, I have very few that I can work with on this frame, and I've spent 3 evenings figuring out this frame won't do some of the simplest tasks--like delete--without a whole lot of clicks and complicated effort. Not a gift for an aging father, for sure! ...
