great game, very entertaining and realistic. the game is nice because, like previous gtas, you dont have to follow the gameplay if you dont want to. you have the choice of running around and killing everyone if you want (but then you'll have to deal with the cops).
as for some of the complaints about the pc version being slow, i dont have any problems. if you try to play gta vice city on a 1996 ibm with a 200MHz processor, then maybe the game will lag and not play the best. also, the PC version is much better than playstation because first, the graphics are much better: signs that you cannot read in playstation are clearly visible in pc. also, in playstation, everytime you enter a new part of the city you have to wait while it loads that part. with pc, the loading takes maybe 1 second, and sometimes is instantanious.
the only thing that i dont like is that i tried to download addons, like custom cars, and i could not use them without getting graphics flaws as a result. ...
