Great photography; terrible narration
The Living Edens consistently feature the best ever photography; it's been a long time since I've made a point to record and watch nature shows - this series really advances the genre. However; Maya Angelou is totally unsuited to the job of narrator. Her voice is mumbled, making it difficult to hear the words. I had to turn on closed captioning to capture all the words. Her voice is emotional and rich, and probably great for reading poetry, or acting a certain part - but when narrating, the task is to clearly enunciate the subject. In other 'Living Edens', the narration is superb. I recall great narrations from James Earl Jones and others.
