Cons: World map software does NOT work. Horrible customer service!
-World map software does NOT work! Magellan send a replacement CD and that still did not work! After spending hours waiting for their so-called 'customer service', they admitted that the world mapping program does not work! I specifically bought this device and the additional software to assist in navigating in Iraq while deployed in that war zone. They gave no adjustment and will not attempt to fix their software. DO NOT BUY!
