Cons: an expensive dissapointment
The blackberry network is always down. The devices themselves have a number of issues as well. The company has sent me my 3rd device. the first one couldn't open any e-mail attachements, 2nd and 3rd pda's have problems staying on.
That's right people, it crashes and powers out whenever it wants. (You are fortunate enough to look at a cute little hourglass while your expensive PDA is thinking.)
The phone reception on it is pitiful.
