A great little printer

Cons: a little on the slow side with text
I wanted to make sure that I reviewed this printer for two reasons. One, because it is a great little printer for all the reasons I have listed above. But, the biggest reason, I had bought one and after about 3 weeks something went wrong and it couldn't see cartridges, paper, and it wouldn't print. I contacted Epson directly...they shipped me a new printer the next day and a prepaid return box for my old one and told me to keep the cartridges from the old one.
I have not had any problem with the second one and it prints beautifully.
Another thing to consider. Photo ready out of the box at this price range is unique. An HP at this price range would have you buy a photo cartridge (25 - 30 dollars) and switch it out with black cartridge. No need here. Saves money from the start and continues because you only replace the cartridges that are empty. ...
