Total Disappointment

Cons: Lack Support
The CSR, (Customer Service Reps) feel they are gods in thier own right. They can and will suspend your account from play with little or no warnings. You will invest many, many hours in just one character to find your account suspended/banned with no way to explain or defend your actoins. The rules that this game goes by are 100% opinonated to and by CSR. They are never wrong and their is nothing you can do to change any decision they make for your account.
Total dissapointment when compaired to time and money you will invest. ... -
