GREAT IF YOU ENJOY FLOODS
Pros: Looks nice
Cons: But leaks and thaws on its own
This refrigerator has ruined our hardwood floor TWICE! Products in the freezer are hard one day and soft the next. A cooling motor was replaced in less than 18 months and we had a similar issue. The doors have been recalled. And! The space design is unbelievably horrific. Avoid if you can. ...

2 Bad Stoves
Pros: Looks nice
Cons: Worse than our Ferrari for Maintenance Needs
We own two homes and both have Viking appliances. This stove has been replaced TWICE in our second home (we visit there less than 3 weeks/yr). The Customer Service at Viking has been awful (rude and accusatory). The product cooks very inconsistently, yet is scratch prone like nothing we've ever seen. Our Ferrari is a close tie for maintenance but at least that is something we can actually enjoy when it's running properly! ...

PRODUCT IS TERRIBLE
Pros: Appearance is nice
Cons: But FLAWS ARE PLENTIFUL
After seeing the other review, I don't know how somebody can compare a 10 year old Viking product to this. Viking quality is suffering greatly (see recall notices on their website).
This was supposed to be our dream range. Instead, it has literally fallen apart, cooked inconsistently, required multiple service calls and cost us a fortune! DO NOT buy this stove if you have similar options elsewhere. Viking customer support is a joke! ... -

Complete WASTE OF MONEY
Pros: Sleek
Cons: Too many to list
We still can't figure out how Viking allowed this product to be sold in the market. The oven temps vary wildly, broiling is VERY inconsistent (burnt one day, soggy the next). Customer support at Viking is rude. Knobs have actually pulled off and broken a toe of one of our kids! Absolute NIGHTMARE of a product and it doesn't even cook well. AVOID! ...

AVOID
Pros: Looks nice
Cons: Cooks poorly
We have owned our VIKING Designer series cooktop for about a year and are really disappointed in the weak burner performance (yes, we've had the burners inspected and adjusted by authorized an Viking repair center or 2).
The stainless steel is EXTREMELY prone to scratches (unlike any other stainless we've had).
The CUSTOMER SERVICE from VIKING IS HORRIFIC! Very rude. Too many other manufacturers to choose from make our Viking decision a regret. ...
Good to hear we not alone!

Cons: Won't work
This unit failed on us, too! We also asked for a refund and Viking refused. They were actually rude and defensive. AND! They forced us to use a third-party maintenance company who were laughable (yes we live in a major US city). AVOID! ...
