Whats all the hype about?
Pros: External memory, sleek design and low profile
Cons: Poor camera quality, Terrible indoor reception and moderate sound quality at best
For the last 2 years, I have used a "regional" cell provider. After dealing with poor coverage area's, I decided to upgrade to one of the major carriers. I was offered the Motorola V3i phone for free, so I took it thinking it was a better quality phone. Plus, I NEVER had a single probelm with my basic Motorola W 315 flip phone, even after dropping it countless times. The first thing I noticed about the V3 was, it didn't sound near as clear as my older phone. In fact, when driving on the highway with road noise and I don't have an old, loud car, I can't even use the phone because I just can't understand what the other person is saying. The other issue I had with the phone is it's indoor signal. My other phone kept a strong signal indoors and I nere had connection issues. Now, all this being said, yes the phone was free and I am not complaining. I'm just statng the facts. This phone is so, not all that and a bag of chips! ...
AMzing product and better customer service
Pros: Amazing sound quality, very light weight and over all high quality
Cons: None
I bought this unit and really liked it. The thing weights next to nothing and sounded really good. Some friends started telling that my voice didn';t sound right so I decided to send it in for service. To my surprise, Plantronics customer service turned out to be the best I have ever delt with. I have spent 15 years in the computer industry and to this day, I have never had an easier experience, and I am being serious here. The rep was freindly, she really cared and she had a replacement to me in 4 days. I have had no problems at all with the new unit and I will never buy anything BUT a Plantronics unit from here on out. ...
