Cons: Try not break the Glass Jug - no seperate Jug for froth making
Very user friendly - quick cappucinos (best with good quality fat free or skim milk for excellent froth) and easy filter coffee.
If you break the jug it could mean paying up to 1/3rd of the price of the unit for a replacement.
Some of the previous versions of jugs fit this one though.
