Functions great but quality not

Pros: Cool music, advanced address book, voice commands

Cons: Case is plastic and easily broken

When I got this phone I loved it. I put lots of music on the micro SD chip and used the MP3 player constantly. But I noticed it would just turn-off without warning, not that it was used up, it just turned off. Then I discovered all the voice command options and really had fun with the address book - Putting nicknames in to voice dial my friends. For a couple of weeks life was great. Then I noticed the hinge was cracked - I thought I must have dropped it and called them up. They said it was considered abuse and not covered by warrentee, even though it was less than a month old. So I paid the $85 to mail it in to be fixed. Two months later the third party repair company sent it back unrepaired. It turns out this design flaw resulted in so many failures they couldn't get repair parts. Nokia knows this and still refused to honor the warrentee or do anything for me. Shame on Nokia! ...
