Cons: Heavy, doesn't go under furniture
This is great vacuum. I thought something was wrong with the intelliclean system because I only got red lights. (The lights change from red/green to indicate if your floor is clean). I vacummed for DAYS, I mean 45 minutes at a time and I'm happy to say, I'm in the green. At first I thought it was to expensive but after reading all the reviews I gave it a shot. I'm thrilled. The only drawback I see is that even though there are ample attachments, including a floor attachment, I didnt' feel like I efffectively vacuumed under my children's bed. The have carpeting and bad allergies (they're noisy otherwise I'd remove it, but we live in an apartment).
There was no smell after vacuuming and when it kept turning off after 10 minutes of use, I called the support number and the tech was very helpful and told me to tighten the screw that attaches the handle and it seems that that was the issue. I highly reccomend the vacuume. ...
