Cons: Uneven cooking surface, uneven heat
I bought this pan because of the reputation of the manufacturer and what a mistake. It has a "domed" cooking surface which causes everything to run to the edge where there is no heat. Although it is supposed to be completely immersible, I started hearing crackling noises and when I investigated, I found the moisture had destroyed the integrity of the pan on the underside around the heating coils. I would never buy another item this way, I will read reviews from others from now on. ...
