Straight Out The Labb
Pros: One of the TIGHTEST CD's ever released!!
Cons: Get Low has never released another CD as tight
This is the CD that started it all for me personally. Once I heard the CD 1 time, I became hooked on Bay area rap. There have been a few tighter CD's released since this one, but VERY FEW. Every track on here is tight and a phat beat. I searched locally 3 years for this CD before I found it in "97. It is still in mint condition. This CD is easier to find with the internet, but still harder to find than it should be. Don't miss out on this one. I've yet to play it for someone who didn't want a copy of the disc. If you've never heard bay area rap, there is no better place to start than right here with Straight Out The Labb by the GLP! ...

Livin' Kinda Lavish
Pros: Game Tight early Get Low
Cons: Hard to find
This CD was the bump in "95-96. Although it's older now, it still has tight beats by today's standards. 'Locked Up', 'Heaven or Hell', 'Town on the Map', 'Can't Trust a Hoe' and 'How it all Happen' are all tight tracks lyrically along with those smooth Get Low beats. Choppaz has one of the tightest beats on the CD, but is lyrically mediocre. There's only one song on the CD I skip. Overall, I'd recommend the CD if you dig Get Low. I gave it a 4/5 ...

The Best
1 of 1 Yahoo! Users found this review helpful I love comedy and stand-up is the best form when it's done right. Eddie Murphy set the benchmark for stand-up comedians and I still to this day have not seen one better. Even Murphy's own follow up "Raw" didn't touch the power of "Delirious". This literally had me crying in 20 minutes. Never has my jaw and abdominal region hurt so hard before from uncontrolled laughter. This is an absolute must see for anyone who enjoys to laugh and let loose. Not for the 'politically correct'! ...

The Mighty Quinn
Pros: Easy to find
Cons: Not near his top game
This CD was such a let down to me. His first CD "Live 'N Direct" was sooo tight. San Quinn was my favorite rapper in the 90's. His first CD was super phat and his appearances on other rapper's CD's was always A1 spittin. This CD just doesn't come close to meeting the bar he set for himself. If you love San Quinn, check it out for yourself, but I wouldn't recommend a purchase on this one. ...
