Cons: Installed firmware and it died. graphics card
The first day I got this laptop I installed the firmware update which ended up freezing up the laptop and not allowing the display to work and it also had a grounding issue. It took Compusa 3 weeks to send it back and when I got it back it has a problem with a strip scre that makes the top constantly pop and jams the track pad. Although it has the issues and Apple is finally taking care of it, it is extremely annoying that a very expensive Mac Book Pro would have these problems from the get go. ...
