Sale-person from Office-Depot tippedp me off oh this deal ($550/no rebate) and it has lived up to all expectations. It is too slow, but I expected that after reading C-Net review. I watch a lot of videos and it has been superb with that. I have only used the 800 number three times, but all calls were answered promptly, courteously, and intelligently--regardless of the stereotype.

My only regret so far has been investing $130 for that new Microsoft WORD 2007 program--its awful.
Recommended. Half the price of an Apple with the same features; considerably less costly than a comparable SONY--and superior to Dell, HP, etc.
