Fantastic Machine
Pros: Coffee tastes great,stays hot no carafe
Cons: Hard to pour water in tank
We have owned this coffee maker for over a year and LOVE it. You should clean it out after every use with warm soapy water and do a deep descaling 1 x a month to keep it clean. It is much easier to clean out the old left over coffee than in a carafe. We also love the timer and if we forget, it finishes brewing a pot of 8 cups in just 2-3 min. We do pull it out from under the counter because steam rises from the back when brewing...then we just slide it back up against the back splash when done (don't want moisture damage to the underside of cabinets. Got this under $50 at Wal-Mart. ...
