Doc Holiday's Magic Guns
Pros: Great Story, Cinematography, Acting, and Sound
Cons: Editing Mistake in the OK Coral
I watched this film for the first time in a hot theater in Arizona. If Unforgiven wasn't made, then this would be my favorite western. If Doc didn't have magic guns in the OK Coral, then I would say this film was a cinematic masterpiece. Nonetheless, this film will still enjoy classic status. ...

Where's the Special Edition?
Pros: 2nd Best Mad Max Movie
Cons: No Special Edition Features
This movie has pretty hokey dialog, but the car chases are real cool. It was a great sequel to Mad Max and I will buy the Special Edition if it ever gets made. If you didn't like Mad Max, then don't buy this one; it isn't as good as Mad Max. I would love to see Mel Gibson back in the driver seat again. He did a bang up job in Payback, how about re-entering the Mad Max role? Thunderdome sucked, Mel, you have to make up for that one. ...

Road Rage In High Gear
Pros: Original Australian Version without the bad dubs
Cons: Guy Movie, a little dated at times (the bar is lame)
This is a classic road warrior movie that spawned just about every car movie you see today. The cinematography is awesome and the stunts are deadly. The story is kind of basic revenge against a motorcycle gang, but it's cool to see road rage in high gear. You have to ask yourself while watching, is he mad yet? And then later you will see, yeah now he's pissed. This is the special edition, worth buying if you like muscle cars terrorize the road. ...

If the Shelby was replaced with...
0 of 1 Yahoo! Users found this review helpfulPros: Great Muscle Car
Cons: The script has more holes than Episode 1
...a rice-rocket, I would not even bother watching it. I would recommend renting before buying. It is worth buying just for the chase scenes and behind the scene footage, but not for story or characters. What a piece of crap of a script. The villain is embarrassing to watch because he's so badly written. Angelina Jolie could be sexier if the script allowed, but it doesn't. I give it one sympathy point for story. I have seen the original "Gone in 60 Seconds" and this modern version is not any better in the script department. I bought both dvds purely for the fact that they feature a muscle car racing from the cops, that's it, the rest of the movie blows. ...

Don't bother writing a synopsis...
0 of 1 Yahoo! Users found this review helpfulPros: Great Modern Version of Film Noir
Cons: No sequel
If people wanted a synopsis they would click over to the dvd info. This film is Film Noir. If you don't like a little mystery, a main character who walks around beating the crap out of everyone, gets the crap beat out of himself, and a female that shoots him in the back, then this is not the movie for you. I on the other hand, loved it. ...

Great Movie, No Special Edition???
Pros: Great Mafia Motion Picture
Cons: Where's the Special Edition?
Martin Scorsese’s best picture in my mind. This is a great addition to anyone's mafia dvd collection. However, I would rather wait for the special edition than buy this version now. ...

The Best Western To Date
Pros: Cinematic Masterpiece, realistic version of the old west
Cons: Clint Eastwood should make more movies this good
This is by far a masterpiece for star and director Clint Eastwood. I have been waiting for it to go special edition since its release on DVD. I saw this film in the theater and was amazed at how real a western can actually become. The directing, acting, cinematography, and sound all get the highest marks possible. I have not yet seen another movie that was as flawless as this one. The story doesn't fallow the traditional script format, but that just adds to the fact that this is a western like no other. The story shows characters like they should be, and it was great to see realistic gun fights where no-one runs up the walls or jumps around like a fool. BLAM! LITTLE BILL-"You just shot an unarmed man!" WILLIAM MUNY-"Should have armed himself if he's gonna decorate his bar with my friend." ...

Best Samurai Film I've Seen
Pros: Comedy, Hired Gun, Violent Sword Play
Cons: A little over the top villians, but still good for laughs
This movie is a classic samurai movie that I will add to my DVD collection. It has plenty of comedy from the main character, who doesn't take **** from anyone. Have sword, will travel, sometimes to the gang just across the street.
Recomended for those who like Spagetti Westerns and Last Man Standing. ...

This is not The Punisher!!!
Pros: Lundgren's Voice Sounds Cool
Cons: This movie is not about The Punisher
I have the whole mini and regular series of THE PUNISHER. And this script must have been pulled from someone's *** because the only similarity between this movie and the real Punisher is the name FRANK CASTLE. What happened? I can only guess that they couldn't get the rights to the name THE PUNISHER untill distribution. Therefore they made up a story that has not relation to the real FRANK CASTLE. It's a lot like the new series of The Punisher, which I think reads more like a Calvin Kline commercial. What happened to artistic integrity? Artistic integrity can't get the foot in the door in productions like this. I can only hope that the new Punisher movie shadows the original Punisher Series in any way, even though they modernized his life in every way (a time piece would have been to difficult to budget?). ...
