Do not buy Soundblaster Wireless

Cons: Product does not work and the support is terrible
I connected the Soundblaster to my wireless network with no real problem. The quality of sound it produced was terrible...constant static, a deep base added, and an incredible humming. I searched their knowledgebase for support and could find nothing about static or humming. The only problems I could find dealt with getting the network connection working. When I contacted customer support I was told I could purchase a tutorial session for $13. I don't need a tutorial to know that this product does not work! Do not make my mistake and buy it! ...
