The good and bad about Vista Home Premium
Pros: it's great, lot of features
Cons: operating system alone takes up a lot of memory
I just bought a laptop with vista home premium preinstalled. I thought I was going to have trouble getting around all the features but it wasn't that hard. Installing my printer wasnt hard either, I just had to get the drivers for Vista and I was good to go.
The interface looks nice, and I like the windows experience index which tells you how your computers hardware and performance stands up to others running the same operating system.
The only thing I don't like is that the operating system alone takes about 600 MB of memory, and I only have 1 Gb, so some features are turned off so the computer's performance doesn't suffer. So I'd recommend having 2 Gb of memory or more if you want to run all the features.
Overall this is a great operating system, it gives you more features that vista home basic along with enhanced security. ...
Great Buy

Cons: short wireless range
i just got this mouse delivered yesterday, installed the software, put the battery in the mouse, and plugged in the receiver and i was ready to go.
it's very easy to use, the software it came with tells you the battery level and the wireless signal strength along with other features to customize it to your liking, like it has a programable button, well 4 but the scroll wheel, the right and left buttons already have their uses. it is a mouse for a notebook so it is small, but still it's ok to use on a day to day basis.
its design is great, this mouse looks great and it works great.
great buy for those who want to free themselves from a wired mouse or those who travel a lot with their notebooks or the college student who needs his/her notebook in class to take notes and such. ...
