Users found this review helpfulPros: Calendar Syncing (activesync) just works… no screwing around They have excellent screens Good speaker phone Decent battery life (many days if you don’t use it, full day if used heavily with WIFI and lots of other fiddling) Charges over usb, so you can charge on any computer Automatically goes to quiet mode when you’re in meetings (optional) Good connectivity, BlueTooth, Wifi, Edge, GPRS Access to email everywhere It’s windows. I understand Windows. Lots of people know how to “tweak” things here
Cons: Keypad too small

You should get one of those windows mobile smart phones. These things are really super outstanding.
You can get sizable discounts on amazon for new tmobile customers ($200 rebates in my case).
