Cons: dealing with HP
The computer is nice, lots of bells and whistles, but be prepared for lousy customer support. I sent my computer in to HP for a keyboard fix and it came back battered and with MORE problems than when I sent it out. Have tried for five weeks to get a keyboard out of the parts store, but nothing yet. Unbelievable maze of phone calls and guys in India with no information. For the price and lousy support, you're better off with a smaller brand name or generic. Sadly I'll probably buy a Mac next time after all of this crap. ...
