Cons: cheap
Purchased this device at local Big Lots for $50. Followed simple instructions regarding fuel mixture and starting procedure. Would not start. Not even a spark. Called 800/support number (on a weekend... I happen to work on my yard on weekend). "Call during our normal business hours... Monday through friday, etc..." Tried lighter fluid (old engine trick). Not even a spark. I suppose I could regap the spark plug, bring it lawn service place (to drop another $60), etc., but not worth the effort (carb. adjustment happens to require some propriety wrench). Just going to return it for a different product by a different company. Waste of about 3 hours of my Sunday late morning. ...

Junk flashlight
Pros: nice security packaging
Cons: can't put it together after putting battery in
Purchased this @ Big Lots for a dollar. When assembling, could not screw closed when battery placed inside (AAA battery). I weight 250 pounds and am in reasonably good shape. Could not even force the parts together. At least can salvage for parts. Otherwise, this is a useless product. Support was willing to replace for free, if I mailed it. Would cost more to mail it, than I paid for it. ...
