Cons: Interior light bulb
The interior light bulb on this appliance, you know the light that comes on when you open the door, or to watch your food cook, is only replaceable by a service technician at the cost of 167.00( after 1st year) to replace a $4 halogen light bulb. My oven is 2 years and 5 months, and I am on its third light bulb. What was GE thinking when they made an every day halogen bulb replaceable by a liscensed service Tech only. Away to rip of its consumers? If I had been aware of this bulb issue I would never of purchased this GE Advantium 120. Service center told me on the day of the service to call back the next day(today) and they would refund the labor charges, well of course today there is no record of yesterdays call and no they won't refund the labor charges. That's alot of money to replace an everyday appliance light bulb. ...
