Brother JP 1 Montgomery Wards Signature vintage October 1966 is in excellent working & aesthetic condition. This is one of the great machines made in Japan by Brother & marketed by Montgomery Wards under their Signature brand. These are great little ultra portable machines that were sold under many different brand names . This was the first few years of production & I find many like this which indicates great popularity. Please see images for aesthetic condition & the great Elite type it lays down. Very light weight easily accompanies its writing partner where ever. This is especially true with the very nice metal case, There is a new ribbon installed.This is a great offering that any writer will love. Like all of my listings all functions have been checked & adjusted for you to be able to use as intended out of the box. A digital manual can be provided as well as a typing tutorial, if desired.
