Pros: Very Interesting Story, Very Good Examples, Very Detailed

Cons: Wish It Were Longer.

I loved this book! Everything that you need to know is in about 50 pages of this book. The rest of the book is full of stories about the authors experience on Wall Street Read this book if you want to change the way you think about investing in real... estate. Instead of thinking of landlords as "fixing the toilet" begin to see it as it really is - a fabulous way to get really, really wealthy. What if you could buy 1 rental property a year, and what if you could do it with no money down (absolutely zero) including closing costs. What if you could? Well you can. Read this book.
