    Pros: It does find virus

    Cons: slowed my computer to a crawl

    I had 2005 version and it worked great. I used a firewall from another vendor. I upgraded to 2006, big mistake. It didn't work with my firewall. It also slowed my computer to a crawl, it takes over two minutes to boot up now. I'll say one thi...ng for their support they answer emails. After two months of exchanging emails to find an answer, that included uninstall and reinstall multiple times, they stared over again with their solutions. I pointed this out and so their solution became to upgrade to still another version. I have had other problems and again they have me try numerous solutions but I never have had them suggest something that works. Waiting for my subscription to run out and I'm buying something else.     Symantec does NOT kill Joke.blusod Trojan.blusod

    Pros: Symantec Shield does NOT protect the firewall

    Cons: Symantec Shield does NOT protect trojan XPAntivirus

    Symantec corporate Shield is NO USE. It can not protect the virus joke.blusod, trojan.blusod, XPantivirus to come through. Even with the latest download it cannot even delete the virus. My technician told me that Symantec can NOT kill the alive vir...us. It only kills the dormant virus. Symantec is just a waste of money and effort. Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware does AN EXECELLENT job of removing all of the above virus. Read more Less
